Shipping policy

 

HouseWren Gems shipping fee is a flat rate of $9 for any purchase within the US.

All items are shipped fully insured for their purchase value.

Packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. 

Once a package has been scanned as received by USPS, any lost/damaged package claims will be the responsibility of the buyer to file. We are more than happy to provide you with tracking and insurance information to assist you with this situation should it arise.

Please always provide an ACCURATE and SECURE mailing address for your items, as packages are the sole responsibility of the buyer once they have been marked as delivered.
